Refund policy
All E-clipse items are made and fulfilled with care, and each piece is inspected before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy.
Due to the nature of our products and to maintain the highest standard of quality control, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general dissatisfaction.
We only replace or resolve issues if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective upon arrival
- You receive the wrong item
If one of these issues occurs, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. After review, we will determine an appropriate resolution (replacement or store credit where applicable).
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
