E-clipse partners with a third-party fulfillment provider (Printful) to produce and ship all orders. Because of this, all products are made on demand and shipping times may vary depending on product type and destination.
Processing Time
All orders require a production period before shipping. Most items are processed within 2–7 business days, but this may vary during high-volume periods or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once production is complete, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–20 business days (varies by location and customs processing)
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order Fulfillment
All products are printed and shipped by Printful. Once an order is submitted, it is immediately sent into production and cannot be modified or canceled after processing begins.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Shipping Delays
E-clipse is not responsible for delays caused by Printful, carriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to logistical disruptions.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, E-clipse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier for assistance in such cases.
